We may share your information with accredited screening partners and authorities strictly to fulfil your request — for example AFISwitch, SAPS, and relevant regulatory bodies. We do not sell your personal information, and we require any third party to protect it to the same standard we do.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Access is limited to staff who need it to carry out your request.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, or as required by South African law. When it is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or de-identified.
